Distribution of Financial Resources Between the National and Local Governments

The ratio of national to local government tax revenue is 53:47. In contrast, the ratio of national to local government final expenditures per fiscal year is 43:57.
Accordingly, there is a wide gap between allocation of financial resources and final expenditures.
